Students who are new to Purdue University Northwest are required to activate their accounts. The student is to visit the official website of the university and then on the option of activating the account. After that fill required information such as career account, last name and Purdue ID number. You can find the career account and PUID in the admission letter. It is necessary for all new students to activate their accounts. 

In Purdue University Northwest every student is provided with a Gmail account. It is a Google web-based Email program. It provides students with fast Google serach, powerful span protection n dove 6 gigabytes of storage. All the official and important information will be provided to students through this account. So it is important for the students to check for the message on a frequent basis to stay updated. 

The campus of the university is one of its unique attributes. Purdue University Northwest provides scholarship opportunities to international students. The university provides a good amount of scholarships to both postgraduate and undergraduate students and helps them in managing their finances. Mainly the university offers three types of scholarships to international students that include Merit-based, Need-based and Course Specific. 

The applicants are required to submit SAT scores of 510 as Standardise Test Scores. Along with this, it is also required for international students to submit an English Language Score of IELTS to 6.5 and a TOEFL of 79. On average, applicants are also required to have at least a 3.0 GPA score for stepping into the university.
